Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using Quizlander (the "Service") operated by Visiored ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Quizlander is a service that helps you create interactive quizzes to collect leads and engage with your audience. The Service allows you to build personality and scored quizzes, embed them on your website, and capture lead information from quiz participants.
To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Quizlander offers subscription plans with different features and submission limits. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing, features, and limits are displayed at checkout and may change for future subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to comply with the payment provider's terms and conditions. Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase only. Please contact us to request a refund. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including quizzes, questions, and results. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of others. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to creating quizzes that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content. You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the Service.
You are responsible for the lead information collected through your quizzes. You must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including obtaining necessary consents from quiz participants. We are not responsible for how you use, store, or process lead data collected through the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if your use of the Service is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data after any applicable retention periods.
In no event shall Visiored, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any errors or omissions in any content; or (iv) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Visiored makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service, its content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
The Service, including all software, branding, and content, remains the exclusive property of Visiored. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own business purposes. You retain all rights to content you create using the Service, but grant us the necessary rights to host, display, and process such content to provide the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
